Sensible Diet
Start the morning with at least one protein (such as egg/cheese or kippers Plain yoghurt with fruit pieces/ honey.
Lunch...salad (mixed esp Mediterranean) also chicken salad ect
Dinner: lean meat (chicken, lamb, game, ostrich, fish) and steamed mixed veg.
Snack on nuts (not peanuts) and biltong
Spices and garlic are good
No gas cooldrinks
No pure fruit juices (make u'r own with sliced fruit in water overnight) Cut
the carbs ...careful with carrots ...no to potatoes /pasta Heath bread in
moderation only No sugar
